  Adrianne’s Cheese Ball


3 large (8 ounce) packages of Philadelphia Brand Cream Cheese

3 pkg. chipped ham, cut into small pieces

12 green onions, tops only – cut into small pieces

1 tsp. Accent

1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce

 

Mix cream cheese, Accent, and Worcestershire Sauce with electric mixer. 

Add 2 packages of cut up ham and onion tops and mix by hand.  Shape into 2 balls.  Roll cheese balls in the 3rd package of cut up ham.

                                             Shrimp Cocktail Sauce

 

 ½ cup Heinz ketchup

½ cup Heinz chili sauce

1 tsp. horseradish (or more to taste)

 

Mix well.  Refrigerate overnight for best flavor.

               Dill Sauce Vegetable Dip


⅔ to 1 cup sour cream                       1 tsp. dried dill weed

½ tsp. salt                                         ¼ tsp. garlic powder

pinch of ground pepper

 

 

Mix all ingredients and chill overnight.  Serve with fresh vegetables.

              Ham Rolls


1 large package of sliced plain boiled ham

1 large (8oz.) package Philadelphia Brand cream cheese

 

Bring cream cheese to room temperature.

Put cream cheese in a bowl with about 1 tbsp. of milk.  Mix well.

Dry individual slices of ham with a paper towel.

Spread cream cheese on ham slice being careful not to tear the ham.  Roll ham into cylinder on long side of ham slice.  Using a sharp knife, cut ham roll into bite size pieces.

Sweet & Spicy Hot Wings

 

Clean 7 chicken wings and cut in 2 at the joints.  Cut off tips and discard.  Arrange chicken on baking pan, sprinkle with garlic salt.  Bake 45 minutes at 375°.  Reduce to 350°, baste heavily with sauce, and bake 15 minutes more.  While still hot, dredge in sauce.  Serve immediately.

 

Hot Sauce

¼ cup hot sauce                               2 tsp. vinegar

⅓ cup brown sugar                           8 tsp. melted margarine (2 ¾ tbsp.)

2 tsp. black pepper                           2 tsp. paprika

1 tsp. garlic power

Clean and prepare 35 wings (70 half wings) as shown above.

 

Hot Sauce

2 ½ cups hot sauce (20 oz.)               ⅓ cup + 4 tsp. pepper

⅓ cup + 4 tsp. vinegar                      ⅓ cup + 4 tsp. paprika

3 ⅓ cup brown sugar                        3 tbsp. + 1 tsp. garlic powder

1 ⅔ cup margarine
